What counts as an event?
An event is a single webhook payload received by the ingestion endpoint — typically one inbound or outbound call completion from your voice provider.
Can I switch plans as I grow?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and can be upgraded at any time. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. We'll help you migrate without downtime.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
We'll notify you before you hit your limit. Events above the threshold are held in a durable queue — nothing is dropped. You'll be billed for overages at a per-event rate.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Annual contracts are available on Scale and Enterprise tiers at a 15% discount. Contact us to discuss.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a self-serve trial — we onboard early customers hands-on. Request access and we'll get your first tenant live in a shared staging environment at no cost.
